As you know, every year we take CEOs, VCs, and entrepreneurs to Omaha to learn *leadership* lessons from Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger. In 2020, we are bringing our Berkshire Hathaway format - workshop + annual meeting - to Jeff Bezos and Amazon! 

Join us for this workshop and Amazon annual meeting experience including:

* Key Lessons from Amazon and Jeff Bezos - Philosophy, structure, culture, and history (we'll discuss early decisions that Bezos made that set the company up for success - including key capital allocation decisions).
* Networking - Opportunities to get to your fellow attendee leaders, all of whom tend to be both kind and intelligent (like at every other CG event).
* Ask Bezos a Question - Every attendee will have a *chance* (not a guarantee) to ask Jeff Bezos a question during the annual meeting (unlike the 42,000 who attend Berkshire, only 200 or so people attend and Bezos takes questions directly from the audience).

A few important notes:

1. YOU MUST BUY A SHARE OF AMAZON - We will tell you what you need to do after you register. But, *before* you register, you should know that in addition to the workshop price you will need to buy at least one share of Amazon in your name.  

2. EXACT DATE IN MAY 2020 UNKNOWN  (until mid-April) - Unlike Berkshire Hathaway, Amazon only announces their annual meeting 41 days in advance. We can tell you it is likely to be held on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday somewhere in the last two weeks of May 2020. 

3. 24-HOUR REFUND WINDOW NEXT APRIL  - Tickets are *non*-refundable…except for a 24-hour window next April 2020 when the exact date in May 2020 is announced.  We will contact you with the announced date and give you 24 hours to ask for a refund (following that tickets are again non-refundable).

*Tickets are limited on an invitation-only basis.
*Tickets are non-refundable and transferable only with approval from Collaborative Gain (with one exception see below).
*Your flight and hotel are separate. We will send you details about the room block at the hotel where the workshop will be held and recommended travel schedule AS SOON AS WE KNOW THE ANNUAL MEETING DATE.

Once you have bought your ticket from us, we will walk you through the next steps:

1. We will tell you how to purchase or convert one share of Amazon into your name (you cannot hold it through your brokerage - it has to be in your name otherwise getting the annual meeting pass will prove difficult).

2. In mid-April, we will tell you the exact date in late May 2019 when this will all happen (Amazon does not announce it's annual meeting until about five weeks prior).

3. In mid-April, after we give you the exact date, we will give you 24 hours to ask for a refund (if the date does not work for you).

4. We will also then provide information for booking your hotel room and flight.
